The Workshops
The Quality Workshop provides participants with an understanding of the principal concepts of quality, the different roles of quality control, assurance, management and systems. Participants are taken step-by-step through a basic quality improvement methodology that can be quickly implemented in any organisation.
Through group exercises, the workshops allow participants to test out there understanding of basic quality tools and methodologies in a fun and relaxed way.

Develop an awareness of Quality Issues and the necessary skills to implement improvements
Improve quality in the workplace through a shared understanding of Quality, QA and QC and the elements of a quality system
Learn how to identify the component costs of quality, understand process variation and control charts
