The 'Business Library' contains extracts from the books written by John Bicheno. We are in gratitude to John for supporting this initiative.
John Bicheno is the Director of the MSc programme in Lean Operations at the Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC), Cardiff Business School, Wales. We understand that this is the only Masters programme in the world devoted to Lean. John has obtained graduate degrees in Engineering, Systems and Management, and started his Lean Journey whilst at the University of the Witwatersrand in the early 80's, and continues to learn. He has been a mentor, trainer and consultant to scores of companies, and is on the board of the AME UK. (extract from The New Lean Toolbox)
