Kevin Nestadt
Kevin is the founder of Nestadt Consulting, a Management Consulting Practice he established in 1989. Kevin is no longer working in the consulting practice, which is now led by Deanne Nestadt.

Kevin is the Managing Director of Mackay Multilink P/L, a manufacturer of boat trailers in Melbourne, Australia.

He has eighteen years of professional consulting experience, having worked for Coopers & Lybrand in Johannesburg and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in Melbourne prior to forming Nestadt Consulting. Kevin has consulted to over 120 organisations in a variety of industries.

Kevin holds a Batchelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), member of the Institute of Management Consultants Australia (IMCA), and also a Certified Member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (CPIM).

Kevin has been a regular presenter at conferences and a contributor to a variety of magazines. He has also represented manufacturing organisations at Board level, and in the role of Non Executive Director.

Deanne Nestadt
Deanne had fifteen years work experience in the health sector before obtaining a Masters Degree in Organisational Dynamics and Leadership. She has experience working with Senior Executives and Managers in both corporate and family business environments.

Deanne is also an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Expanded Interpretive Report. This tool can be used to establish style preferences and improve the awareness and behaviour of individuals and teams.

Deanne works as a consultant in the field of Organisational Dynamics. Her focus is to help individuals in organisations respond more effectively to challenges in the workplace and change.

Barrie Dempster
Barrie is an experienced Manufacturing Manager and Change Agent. Originally having trained as a production engineer, Barrie worked up through various production planning, factory supervision and production management positions.
His experience has been spread over several industries including pump manufacturing, automotive, fast moving consumer goods and general engineering.
Barrie s has qualifications in production and mechanical engineering with a degree in economics, and is a passionate supporter of manufacturing in Australia.

David Brewster
David joined Nestadt Consulting in 1998 after working for 14 years in operations, management and recruitment consulting.

David is skilled in working with our clients to achieve practical and people-centred solutions to productivity issues. His particular interests are the creation of efficient internal systems and the optimisation of inventory control and supply chain management.

David is qualified in metallurgical engineering, production and inventory control. He is also a member of APICS.

Terry Duffy
Terry s expertise is in manufacturing and office systems support. He has worked with over 50 companies in the areas of processing, jobbing, batch manufacture in fields of manufacturing planning and control, materials management, inventory and cost accounting and system design and/or implementation.

Terry has particular expertise in the computer industry and has been involved in the development and implementation of manufacturing software and control systems.

He is qualified in production and inventory control and is a member of APICS and The Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management.
